Description
The MovNat Level 3 Certification program is a master level course for students to demonstrate the highest standards of Real World Fitness ability and knowledge. Level 3 requires more athleticism, movement efficiency, mental toughness, and mindfulness to perform advanced movement skills in complex, natural environments. Only the most dedicated and adaptable students earn the coveted Level 3 Certification. Get ready for the hardest training MovNat has to offer. Do you have what it takes?
Prerequisites:
You must be at least 18 years old to attend. Current Level 2 Certification is required to get certified.

Thursday to Sunday: 8am – 6pm
Note: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare for each day’s activity.

- Government issued photo ID
- Notebook and MovNat Trainer Manual
- Training gear for indoors and outdoors (e.g. shorts, T-shirt, minimal shoes, etc.)
- Snacks, fluids, and lunch

Additional Location: Hohe Wand Alpengasthof Postl.
The event will begin and end at MovNat licensed facility Sporthalle in Vienna. Vienna is easily accessible from most locations by plane, train and car. Thursday morning the event begins at Sporthalle, and the group will then travel to Hohe Wand nature park, about 1 hour from outside of Vienna, where you will have onsite accommodations Thursday through Sunday. The group will travel back to Sporthalle in Vienna on Sunday.
Lodging and food options will be available on site – the cost of which is not included in the price for the course, and will be paid extra. The most expensive option: 3 meals/day including room (will be shared with other participants) with shower and toilet will be around 220€ total for Thursday through Sunday. Cheaper options (room with toilet and shower at the hallway, less or no meals) are available. Our host will contact all participants closer to the event to make all the arrangements at Hohe Wand for you.
Language: The default language for our courses is English. However, some of our Team Instructors are multi-lingual. Also, depending on the local logistics, some courses might have a local MovNat Trainer who could translate some lectures.
Refund & Transfer Policy: Due to the large quantity of courses scheduled, MovNat does not accommodate requests for refunds. However, we accommodate transfer requests, subject to limitations (see Terms and Conditions for details).
