List of banned cards
I was checking the banned list of cards in ARDB 3.1.1 and saw that banned cards no longer state that they have been banned from play. Could this be fixed?
VTES is not for the faint of heart...especially when you don't have a enough blood.

Perhaps, however I imagine there's quite a few apps that won't be updated to take the change into account (Lackey, ARDB etc). The column it previously resided in was great as it was visible and searchable in most apps (I think it was tacked on to the card text).

That's not what ARDB is for. I believe you are familiar with the newsgroup: groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad
In it you can probably find discussion about banning and some reasons for it. I'm pretty sure it can satisfy your curiosity.

The tournament rules have a complete list of the banned cards, in section 4.1.
Section 4.1 wrote: Banned List: The following cards are banned in all V:EKN tournaments:
Dramatic Upheaval (V:TES)
Edge Explosion (NoR)
Kindred Restructure (V:TES)
Madness of the Bard (Dark Sovereigns)
Memories of Mortality (Ancient Hearts)
Protect Thine Own (Ancient Hearts)
The Return to Innocence (Ancient Hearts)
Succubus Club (V:TES)
Any cards that are usable only when playing for ante, including:
Cunctator Motion (V:TES)
High Stakes (V:TES)
Playing for Keeps (Dark Sovereigns)
The reasons for the bannings mostly have to do with cards being overpowered compared to their cost, simply being inappropriate for tournament play, or evidence of gambling in certain countries.
