Use new embrace card in a tournament was created by Glinlos
Hello.
Can I use an embrace from the "Libertine Ball" deck in a tournament on 10th march, or I have to wait one month?

I'm pretty sure you only have to wait with new, never previously released cards - in this case, only new vampires qualify.

But be aware of the change regarding the sect of the Embrace: It is now the one of the sire, not the "default sect".

You can, but you probably need to use opaque sleeves since the new cards were miscut (different corners). At least in EU.
