Telepathic Misdirection, Deflection, and blocking bleeding vampires
I have a rules question inspired by last night's game with 3 friends. One of them tried to bleed my Predator, but my Predator used Telepathic Misdirection to have that minion bleed me (his Prey) instead.
The question is, am I, as the new target of this bleed, allowed to attempt to block? I said yes, because I should always have an opportunity to defend myself from some form of bleed attempt, but my friends say that by the wording of the card I should not be able to attempt a block.
I ask because the wording is slightly different between Telepathic Misdirection and other bleed bounce cards like Deflection: with Deflection, it is specified that the acting minion is "attempting to bleed" the new Methuselah, whereas Telepathic Misdirection says that the acting minion is "bleeding" the new Methuselah.
So does that mean that with Telepathic Misdirection attempts to block the acting minion are possible, or not?
Thanks everyone!

Refer to the rules book, section 6.2.
Plus: the wording of "Telepathic Misdirection" and "Deflection" are now (almost) the same, especially each card reads "The acting minion is now bleeding that methuselah" ...

The key thing is that when the bleed is bounced, a new blocking sequence starts. So you can block and a cross-table Anneke could block even if she had declined before. And if the bleed is bounced back, the original target may attempt to block again even if he declined before.

Everyone gets a new opportunity to block:
[RTR 7/7/7]
3) Normally, there is only one opportunity to block a given action, though
any number of minions can try to block during that window of opportunity.
But if the target of a directed action is changed, this closes the current
window of opportunity and opens a new one, even if the same player as
before would be trying to block.
