Trade equipment with torpored or incapacitated minion

Hello guys,

Can a minion trade equipment with a torpored/incapacitated minion?

I believe it is not possible but I looked for a clear explanation and could not find.

Yes a minion can.

Nothing in the rulebook prevents it.

For reference (and clarity) :

a minion can take an undirected +1 stealth action to equip (it IS and equip action) 1 or more equipment on a minion controlled by the same methusalem.

This action is possible even with equipment on a torporized/incapacited minion.

One of your ready minions can use an equip action to take equipment from one of your torporized/incapacitated minions, yes.
