Which is the problem: blood creation or recursion?

With the recurring debates around Villein, Lilith's Blessing, Minion Tap, Giants' Blood and so on, it seems that maybe as a community we need to at least discuss/debate:


Is the creation of pool 'from nothing', in quantities greater than a basic hunt, a problem for competitive VTES with time limits?


Is the recursion of blood back to pool, in quantities greater than 1 per Master Card (i.e. Blood Doll/Vessel Rate), a problem for competitive VTES with time limits?

This poll doesn't include an option for those who think that things are fine.

No, it doesn't. Most people seem to come on one side or other of the "If Villein + GB is too good, what do you do?"

I'm starting from the point of assuming that Villein + GB/Lilith's is too powerful. Since many people seem to think so. So what's the issue: the Villein or the "Free Blood"?

Why not both independently (both being too strong) or both relatedly (one being too strong because of the other, but both are fine just by themselves) ?

If you don't want the answers from those who think that they are both fine, you should make it clearer. Obviously, some people think they are.
