Player Order Workaround

Since OCTGN doesn't come with an ability to move players around easily, this workaround will be fine:

1. Start game as normal, do all necessary steps
2. Have players roll dice
3. Each player create a note in game detailing player order

From there, players can see who goes next and advance their turns to other players with ease.
