Ultra-Pro has historically had ridiculously large minimum quantities.

Any local printer that can do mouse pads can likely do play mats using the same materials/machines, but you may have to supply blank white mats.

I don't play the Magic or WoW ccg, so I don't know. But I can look on the mats at the game store on Thursday and report back if you don't find out before then.

So I took some time and laid out the dimensions of one of the neoprene mats which are approximately 24" x 14" inches. I altered the border as it seemed too busy and altered the V:TES logo, adding it to both top and bottom. I also altered the Tri-snake logo pixel by pixel so as to delete the shadow from behind and added to the middle. I like this more as it is cleaner than the others. I may see what it would look like to add the Discipline symbols to the left and right sides or something. Just for clarrification, the pictures below are only 15% of the actual size.
