60-card begginer decks

i seem to remember that , maybe a year or so ago, i saw a post on vtes google groups about a series of 60 card, mostly common and uncommon cards decks that some smart soul put together to be fairly balanced against each other, and thus to be given to new players to learn the basics of the game in a nice, friendly, and balanced environment.

One of our vtes friends have moved away from the city to the country, and there started a little boardgaming community, and he said he wanted to teach them vtes.

Now, i would make those decks, and give them to him so that he can promote play. But, for the life of me, i cannot seem to find that post.

Anybody knows what i am talking about, or has an idea where to find those?
