I purchased some card sleeves at a hobby shop, and was wondering if they can be used at tournaments, they are all black with a skull on them, the reason I ask is that I have not seen this type of card sleeve used and was just wondering if they can be used at a sanctioned VTES tournament?

Do the cards fit in the sleeves? If so, you can use them.

They may also be very useful if you use Danse Macabre cards.
