I guess sometimes people get annoyed when someone pulls a dick move. I can understand it although it might have been unnecessary to call attention to it.

Time will tell whether the PKC move is

Delaying Tactics (delay, mire down)

Legal Manipulations (a bleed, an outright attack)

Vendetta (righteous defense)

or perhaps just a Frenzy.

Regardless, as a cross-table to the whole affair, it seems that VEKN is not only in a stronger position, but also shares my goals at this stage of the game.

We privately sent the cease and desist letter to the V:EKN Inner Circle (at 1:00AM GMT on September 27th, 2012) because we wanted to privately resolve the issue and not jeopardize any future attempts to publish V:TES.

The fact that you used the word "privately" with "resolve the issue" just made me laugh.
