You need to download the latest version of the archon (which is .xlsx, not .xls):

The Archon v1.5g for Microsoft Excel

You need to recreate the tournament results in the new archon, and upload it afterwards.

You must use the latest Archon file. If you have an xls file (not an xlsx file), then you are probably using an outdated Archon.
