Answer as many of these questions in your description as you can:
How do you intend to oust? Stealth bleed.
How do you intend to keep from being ousted? Hunt and move blood to the pool with vessel. Use camradie to reduce bleeds.
What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)? 4-5
What do you want your average turn to look like? Bleed for 3+ using laptop computer or walk of caine, then untap. Hunt when needed and use slake the thirst to fill up other vamps.
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play? Stealth bleed & combat
What problems have you observed with the deck in play? Trouble with stealth but added earth control for additional stealth.

It seems functional, and the name is funny, but what kind of input or suggestions were you looking for?

IDK what to say. I guess it's cool you're making the Blood Brothers work, but everything they're doing seems like it could be done by other clans with less effort.

If you play one or two more copies of danylo you can put just one hospital food due to his special.

Not playing unwholesome bond you are loosing a great card that is vital for BB, in my opinion..

I am looking for suggestions to make it more efficient so the BB dont have to burn as much blood when doing actions. Also any suggestions to help the deck survive and win.

I keep forgetting Danylo special ability!

I suggest you take a look to Leonardo Bensi's deck on twda. Is one of my countrymate, and I tried his deck with the new cards (field training , for example)
