Any ideas about how I can make this better/worse?

Well you could always throw some Pentex Subversion or more Washes since youre star vampire could be easily a target of one. Also try Anarch Revolt and/or Bureaucratic Overload just to spur some vote trouble. Rack/Tensions/Dragonbound? Ivory bow?
Anarch cards: Status Perfectus!!! A must have card for a Anarch Wall!
Heaven Hunting for some combat ends , Lay Low + Blade Clot for those pesky vamps that wont stay in torpor.

Your crypt other than Sergei is too big for a anarch wall. Try reducing your support to 4-5 cap max.

Powerbase:LA is a big bonus to your untap capability.

I could see maybe Frank Litzpar 5 [ani] [for] [pot] [OBF] or Paolo de Castille 4 [ani] [dom] [pot], possibly even Bela 3 [ani] [obf] [pro] [DEM], just none of them have aus ani pot, preferably w/dom and obf. That's asking a lot, I know. Your advice on the Rack and Bow w/dragonbound seems good. If I can see getting enough minions in play, I could throw in Status Perfectus. Wish I had a PB:LA, but I have virtually no 10th edition (i.e. Carlton, Liquidation ). lemme play around with it and see....

Yeah those vamps are good and will help ya out, too bad for the LA it's too good for the type of the deck you made here.

The combat wasn't consistent enough to keep my guys full of blood, but I did manage to torpor some dudes. Flames of Insurrection was most valuable card for this deck and my Janni WWS deck since it isn't limited to once per turn or anything. Not having auspex make Frank and Bela sucktastic at blocking Not horrible, but predictably bad at ousting.

Since Voshkov is your star vampire, and he packs inferior protean, maybe you should consider adding homunculus + enkil cog (which helps with the wall angle, being able to untap between turns and block people after performing an action, and oust angle (bleeds for 2, untap, bleed for two, untap, block ))

Also, maybe some claws of the dead, wolf claws, just to keep people guessing when he is acting? Also, one more smiling jack?
