They have to have Presence or auspex or something related to cities. SimCity is not full of llama for nothing !

Also, they need celerity, because Dial-A-Llama !

3 MPA´s to get 3 advantages... 20 USD for a common on ebay...
Well, Summon Soul or Whispers from the Dead are blockable actions with much smaller effect.
13 returned cards is way too many. Errata or ban, I would say.
possible errata:
- remove or reduce the 13-card return
- make AT HoS only

As a fan of Giovanni, Harbingers, Samedi and Nagaraja, I am against Ashur Tablets.
