It seems like you are trying to 'cross-check' the playtesters with your scale at the bottom, so it might be worth making it the same sorts of criteria to what the playtesters use:

Scale 1 to 7 (1 = terrible, 7 = definitely too good)
Card Power
Card Playability
Overall Rating

That way the DT can basically see how closely the playtest results met with community thoughts. If the results come back similar then it adds additional validity to the playtesting processes that are used.

Perhaps once Migalert has oompiled the surveys, we could post the survey scores compared with the playtest scores.
