Very old school deck, though i think it has a large number of moving parts, especially with 10 skill cards, and 5 bundis.
With new assamite combat cards i found myself turning away from grafting potence, as Dam the Heart's river and Sanguine entrapment bring so much to the Assamite combat. For what it's worth, i find it more fluent and effective at both close and long range.
As for Fida'i use, also kudos for trying, but i never made them work. I did try extensively using them in a deck similar to David Cherryholmes's Uncontrolled liberty, and had decent success with it, but that is about as far as Fida'i go for me

As for the new cards. I haven't integrated them yet. And in this particular deck, may not be helpful considering. This was a deck I've been wanting to build since Bundi and Strike the true flesh came out. Deviki helps with grafting. Tributes help with the Fida'i as do the Procurers and black sunrise. I do intend on putting up some less tool-up decks in the future. This is opportune in heavy combat with no intercept about. If you can get that kind of situation, you are golden.

Your not-die is 7x Tribute and a Guardian Angel. Probably going to have no more than one minion that is bleedy enough to bother blocking, and that's the minion that will just get bounced or reduced (or Banished or Crowed or ...).
Seems a lot less complicated to make two cost guys into four cost guys by giving them .44 Magnums. Given how risky that is, rather just give them Flash Grenades.
As for Fida'i, I found giving them Thaumaturgy and playing Rutor's Hand at inferior to be amusing. After all, who cares whether they sit in torpor for a while or get eaten?

As I've mentioned in other threads. I'm in a very aggresive meta. Getting into combat simply requires an action. If someone can block it, they will regardless of if it actually affects them or not.
The tributes are far more effective than you think when you have a swarm out. It's enough in my meta, though for a tourney this deck isn't very viable. And while I like the Rutor graft trick. That's another deck altogether. Also very risky in my meta as Diaberly is common cross table even.
This deck is simply about doing unpreventable damage inside an IG so your opponent can't SCE. It can work with favorable seating and an understanding of how to actually win with Straight Combat.
