Joe Dever just sent us word about a project that he’s been working on for a couple of years with Francesco Mattioli. For all us map geeks, they have mapped out all of Magnamund in the style of the original maps found in the books. They’re apparently selling signed and embossed copies.

New Lone Wolf Board Game
Gary Chalk has shared — over a month ago, sorry — some pictures (1, 2, 3) of playing pieces for a new Lone Wolf board game by Greywood Publishing.
Flight from the Dark Comes to Kindle
A new interactive Kindle edition of the extended version of Flight from the Dark has gone on sale in the United States (Europe and the rest of the world to follow in the future).
I haven’t had a chance to check it out, but from what I understand, it’s supposed to keep track of game stats for you. Can anyone confirm?

CyberLudus Interview of Joe Dever
CyberLudus did an interesting interview with Joe Dever that covers not only the new computer game but offers some interesting details about the gamebooks themselves.
Lone Wolf Computer Game in Production
We’ve just received word that Joe Dever has signed a licensing deal with Italian entertainment Atlantyca that promises to bring us lots of Lone Wolf goodness, including a Lone Wolf game for PC, Mac, consoles, Android, and iPad/iPhone. The news was officially announced at the GamesCom Show in Cologne, Germany.
The game has a website and a game teaser trailer. We’ll share more info as it becomes available.
Update: Forge Reply is the actual games developer handling the Lone Wolf project.
Darkland Banners Published
The armies of the Darklands spread terror across Magnamund under the personal banners of their vile Darklord masters. Joe Dever has given us permission to publish the battle banners for all twenty Darklords as illustrated in The Darklands, a forthcoming supplement for the Lone Wolf Multiplayer system published by Mongoose Publishing.

Gary Chalk Website Back Online
Gary Chalk’s website went offline many moons ago, but he’s back online with a shiny new website (and he’s @garychalkpics on twitter). It’s good to have him back.
Trail of the Wolf published!
Lone Wolf has been abducted by the forces of the Dark God Naar and imprisoned in a remote city-fortress on the border of the Darklands. Subjected to relentless attacks by the minions of evil, the Supreme Master of the Kai is surely doomed to die unless a rescue can be effected swiftly and successfully.
In Trail of the Wolf, you must venture alone into the dreaded stronghold of Gazad Helkona to find and free your leader. Can you succeed in your vital mission . . . or will you fall foul of the horrors that lurk within this Darklands city-fortress?
We at Project Aon pray to Ishir and Kai for your success, Grand Master.

Rune War for NOOK
My wife gave me a NOOK (I think that’s how you’re supposed to capitalize the name) last holiday season, so I thought I should try out our new simplified, illustrated edition on the newfangled gadget. I used Calibre to convert it to EPUB optimized for the NOOK. Seems to work well enough.
If you have a NOOK, give it a shot. Otherwise, I’ll take requests for other devices from this list.
New simple illustrated format for Rune War
Just a quick announcement that we’ve published a new book format for Rune War which is simple yet includes the illustrations. It should be great for ebook readers and mobile browsers (although it is much heavier than the unillustrated format – watch your data charges!). At the very least, as books are published or republished we will add this format to those books as well.
