Launch Event

The Murray, KY playgroup can\'t have a proper prerelease due to scheduling problems, but we\'ll have a belated, one-round \"semi-tournament\" anyway. We will use the \"40/40 rule\", as per the White Wolf prerelease announcement. Participants will buy at least 4 NoR booster packs, and pay an additional dollar to cover the prize kit.
