Once again, we will have discounted badges due to our status as an Origins "club". Read the first post in this thread to get fully informed, and note these specific items for the year 2012:

the "club" prices are the same: $35 pre-cutoff, $40 on-site
the cutoff date for a discount badge is: April 30th
the Registration Category must be: CLUB FULL SHOW PASS
the Coupon Code must be: vekn109
the Business Name must be: VEKN
the GAMA Member Club/Organization must be: VEKN

That was easy. I will say it was the easiest it has been in 20 years. I did not have to fill out very much, it remembered me from last year.

Were you given the club discounted rate? I tried to register with the new club code, but they wanted to charge me $65 for the week-long badge.

On the very first page, I selected REGISTRATION CATEGORY:CLUB FULL SHOW PASS and put in our Coupon Code, and at the end it wanted to charge me $65 - $30 = $35.

The check out had $65 then a discount of $30 for a final bill of $35.
I pretty much followed the steps listed above except that some of the info was already filled in.

Again, we are a 'club' for the 2014 Origins/NAC convention!

***HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 2014 NAC WITH THE CLUB DISCOUNT:

1. Go to the Origins website www.originsgamefair.com/
2. At the top-left, click "Registration", click "Register for Origins"
3. At the left, in the middle, click on "Origins Game Fair - Online Registration"

Note: You will be taken to another website.

4. Enter your Email, confirm it, enter your First and Last name
5. For 'Registration Category' select 'CLUB FULL SHOW PASS'
6. For 'Coupon Code' enter: vekn296
7. Click the 'Begin Registration' button

Note: If you created an account last year, you will see your info listed. Verify and/or correct it, click NEXT at the bottom, and skip to Step 12.

8. Enter a password, confirm it
9. Click the 'Next' button

10. Enter your Address/City/State/ZIP/Country/Phone.
11. Click the 'Next' button

12. Buy any Ribbons if you wish. (We have no ribbon.) Click the 'Next' button

13. Buy any Generics if you wish. (There is no need to purchase generics for any V:TES events.) Click the 'Next' button

14. Make sure your Registration Summary is correct. Click the 'Next' button

You should be at the Registration Payment screen. You should see a Registration Fee of $65 and a subtraction of $30, which gets you to our Club 4-Day Badge Cost of $35 (plus any Ribbons and/or Generics you wanted).

Note: The VEKN Club 4-Day Badge cost is not "the current badge price minus $30". The VEKN Club 4-Day Badge cost is $35 for pre-reg and $40 after pre-reg and on-site.

15. Click the Acknowledge box, and select your method of payment.
16. Click the 'Submit Payment' button, etc

If anyone has a problem with this registration process as I've outlined it, please message me with your issue **BEFORE YOU PAY THE $65** and I'll get it corrected.

ORIGINS CLUB registration information
To register, please follow these instructions.
Registration Instructions:
1. Go to originsgamefair.com, click the Registration tab.
2. Click “Register Here!”
3. Fill out required fields (Email address, First Name, Last Name). At the registration category drop down box, make sure to choose Club Full Show Pass (club must be registered GAMA club).
4. Enter coupon code " ve86knd " in box marked Coupon Code. (no spaces or quotation marks)
5. Click “Begin Registration”, complete all necessary fields.
6. Finish by making your payment. (Badge should cost $45.50)
IMPORTANT: Please review your balance due before making your payment. If the amount due appears incorrect, contact to have your balance adjusted. DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON AN INCORRECT BALANCE. Refunds for overpayment are subject to a $10 administrative fee.
