LSJ- Perfectionist & Follow the Blood

I think Perfectionist triggers immediately after resolution, which is before any reacting player would get the impulse to play Follow the Blood. Thus, gain 1+1 blood, and then Follow the Blood gets played.

@ Shockwave: Perfectionist triggers after resolution, but before the end of the action. For instance, the vampire could play Freak Drive after gaining that blood (or before, same window). It's also in that window that the reacting vampire (in a different scenario) could play Touch of Pain.

@ Boris: The difference here is that Perfectionist doesn't trigger as the action ends, but right after it is successful. Freak Drive can be played after gaining Perfectionist's blood Concotion of Vitality extends to the end of the action, which is after Freak Drive's window.

Well Follow the Blood is a way to enter combat not as part of an action, since it happens after the action has been resolved.
