Or just use Muricia who has better version of feral spirit built-in for all of your vampires, saving you plenty of master slots? I used that in my ahrimane deck before Heirs was printed that gave one more solid ahrimane to go with group 4 (Sahana), so in my current ahrimane decks there is no longer any need to play Celeste or Janey. Muricia, Gentha, Sahana, and Effie are plenty enough. I just use some sanguine instructions to give superior spiritus to the two who are missing it, as well as sometimes superior presence to Sahana.

Feral Spirit works well when you can have it double as a bounce card and as long as your deck doesn't include too many. I think Aksinya can make Feral Spirit playable.

Edit: just for the record, if I didn't have Aksinya in the deck, I wouldn't consider using this card. In fact, this is one of the cards I give my son to play with so he'll stay away from my cards while I'm making decks. A-HA! a new definition for the term "wall paper"- A card you freely give to a four year old to distract them from getting at other, more useful, cards.
