Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.

Any advanced existing vampires ? Storyline rewards ?
Nice to see that it will most likely hit q3 release, props.
Also, there were token vampire from unusual sabbat clan last release, and from unusual sect (independent lasombra). Any chance for similar vampires in this set ?

It's probably best to answer those questions in an upcoming Designers' Diary entry, especially after we see the playtest reports for Round Two. I don't want to say "Yes, that kind of card is in the set!" only to cut the card when we see what the playtesters say.
But yes, storyline reward cards are in there.

I don't recall seeing results for the 2012 EC (Budapest) or 2013 EC (Stockholm) Storylines yet...
