Yeah but the reason to "gothic" it a bit is to also keep it out of the "sparkly vampire" trend and more of the True Blood trend of vampires. We're playing a horror game, so there's nothing wrong with exploiting a little "Creepy Castle" or go the other jag and head for "City Grunge"

The letters are too close to each other. That way, you can't read it well. Someone who doesn't know it's supposed to be "VEKN" would have trouble deciphering it.

I don't have a problem with the style being a tad more "modern", so to say.

I would like to use a symbol/icon as new VEKN logo with an optional logotype or wordmark.

That way we can tag merchandise more easily and use the optional logotype or wordmark in addition if necessary. In my opinion "VEKN" logotype on bloodcounters would look aweful.

A good example is adidas with three stripes and the name of the brand. You can use the three strips seperately and its still recognised as adidas. But when necessary the symbol can be combined with the logotype.

It is readily readable, stylish and clear.
And most certainly the letters aren't too close to one another.

When first looking at the logo, I saw an "8", which resolved into the "VEKN", but only because I knew what it was supposed to be.
For non-VTES players it's not easily readable.
