Also, i can post you another set of vampires who are unplayable:
Most vampires with capacity above 6 who have uninteresting special or lack disciplines.
When it comes to cards, you can look at most necromancy, serpentis, chimestry and quietus card and you get cards that are overcosted by 1 or 2 blood. Same can be said about vic and obt.

Because bloodlines don't have path. With path, many cards are overcosted by 1 "because they have path, duh". Bloodlines often have better crypt and better clan cards.

That list is quite longer than 20. I was targeting things that weren't good, but were almost good.
In fact, its easier to make a list of playable
cards than listing the unplayable ones......
