The restriction is in the CSV file but doesn't appear for some reason in Ke's card.Lönkka wrote:

The inferior formulation has changed because of www.vekn.net/output-changes#R0174 :
R0174 : X is immune to Y cards
Replace with 'Y cards played on X have no effect on him or her'. Ex : X = vampire, Y = frenzy. 'Immune' is reserved to damage.
Same for 'When another minion plays X, this vampire can burn 1 blood to be immune to the effects of that card.' => '... this vampire can burn 1 blood. If he or she does so, that card have no effect on him or her.' (Resilient Mind)
(the reason is that "immune" had an unclear scope, especially concerning "bad"/"good" things)

Thanks; there was a bug that skipped the initial requirement — that's been fixed.

The logic behind this was to ensure that the blood drop was not hanging by itself; it was grouped together with the effects by the black box — the cost as text was added if there were not any other requirements to fill the black void. This had two effects. 1. It allowed working with existing art easier, 2. It aided new players.
I've since reworked the layout logic and removed the text.
