Forewarned is Forearmed
Reaction
[aus][pot] +1 intercept, and this vampire has a strength of 2 for the rest of this action.
[AUS][POT] As [aus][pot] above. If this vampire blocks the acting minion successfully then in the resulting combat, if any, combat ends strikes and first strikes resolve simultaneously with regular strikes.
Art notes: a vampire who looks suspiciously like the woman in the leather jacket from the Jyhad/V:TES Majesty art is trying to put her arms in the air, but is also being whacked in the throat by the opposing vampire's forearm.
Potential uses: more card efficient than separate intercept, Torn Signpost and IG, but not as outright strong as any of them. Requires a block (whereas TS/IG can be played on your own actions) and requires two superior disciplines for the full effect. Potentially neat option for Osebo?

This is overcomplicating an already complicated ordering. Simply make restrict it to:jamesatzephyr wrote: [AUS][POT] As [aus][pot] above. If this vampire successfully blocks the acting minion, the acting minion may only use hand or equipment strikes in the ensuing combat.
So, you'd still be S:CE hosed by Flash Grenade, but I think that's OK.

Make the base effect the heart of the card, and then make the superior text effectively +1 effect.
Example:
Forewarned is Forearmed
Would this work?

Instead of there being three separate strike resolutions (S:CE, First Strike, normal strike), there's one. I'm not sure how making them all resolve at the same time is overcomplicating something, rather than simplifying it. First Strike is just normal strike. S:CE means that combat ends, but they also get punched in the face.
