Kinda cool (almost all of group 1 and several parts of AH&DS just need better discipline levels).

I feel like flavor wise with the base you're on to something. Maybe:

As a +1 stealth action that costs 1 pool Democritus may move a card from you ash heap into play facedown, and Choose a unique Library card in play conttolled bh another Methuselah. The first card becomes a copy of the second card. Burn the first card if the second card is yielded.

I like the OP's version better. The second one is just an uncomfortably wordy way to say: burn a unique library card in play. One of the disciplines should go back to inferior: other justicars have only 4 superior disciplines.

Superior sets him apart from all other justicars, as only the torries and brujah Justicars have it. is whatever, as he has for bounce and second trad to block, but can still use it for small intercept if needed.

Once this gets printed, just make doubly sure that the art has as massive and majestic a jaw as the original.

Democritus aches for an advanced form, for sure. Ankha's suggestion makes for the best suggestion yet. The effect isn't exactly powerful though, so you might want to give an extra unlock for the effect, or remove the effect from 'merged' status and just let the advanced version have it. You'll get an extra bleed when merged. Merge for an extra bleed or something?
