I would change his special from move 2 blood to any !malk to move 2 blood to any vampire with dementation, which would be quite flavorful with his name.

Not bad.
IMHO Lacks Lilit's blessing, A couple of wider view to get rid of the extra copies of Karl, and couple of Telepathic misdirections. Also, 1-2 disarms i never a bad thing...

No version, options, option A and B for Karl Xd
