It seems like big Toreadors with Toreador Grand Ball would be good for this.

I have a Purge/Siphon-twister deck based on Lucretia, Spider-Killer and Lasombra nerds. The deck flows really well and consistently sets up the combo but, as it turns out, sending vampires to torpor doesn't win games.
