And again - 5 copies in 13 is the optimal number.

I think it'd be a very rare scenario in which you'd choose the 5 in 13.

It's also a question of duplicates in your starting uncontrolled region. 5 in 13 means you are more likely *not* to have just 4 copies of your star vampire at that start of the game, but also support cast.

While this is technically correct -- the best kind of correct! -- the existence of Wider View has largely mitigated this sort of thinking, I've found.
