Lilith's Blessing... a poor NYC prince simple question

IMHO Lilith's Blessing is only superpowerful because of Villein.

Same issue with Giants Blood. Villein turn a good card into an insanely good card.

Vast Wealth does that.

If I recall there was some ruling where Vast Wealth could be used to shuffle your library even if there was no equipment left - so it didn't "force" you to find something.

Vast Wealth forces you to find something if there is something there. If the library doesn't have any equipment in it, you fizzle. But, having gone through your library, you shuffle it.
