As noted, Torn Signpost/IG/Blood Rage for 5 points of hand damage that can't be prevented by fortitude. Followed up by Rego Motus to prevent damage. Supported by Apportation for maneuvers/presses. And maybe some Rutor's Hand for multi action. And then some Dominate on the side.

Is it gonna sweep a lot of games? Hardly, but it is certainly something that is worth messing around with. Especially if you are in a high combat environment and are tired of getting foiled by fortitude.

That empties most people... If you need another strike then go for it... but really at this point it's worth using a Pulled Fangs or a Disarm.
