Why did 20-30 players stop playing the game? The game is still playable. Maybe you should get a new Prince that cares about keeping the game alive in Chile, and announce it at the tournament.victor_r wrote: our prince (kansho) told us, this is the last tournament.

If you make the tournaments always about competing and qualifying, the guys who play for fun stop coming. Create some social tournaments; charity tournaments, themed tournaments (e.g. Fight Club where everyone must bring a combat deck) or even a local league...

Why? Without new cards players lost interest?
Can't you still get Promos and Boosters to give away as prizes?
It looks like your Prince lost interest. Get someone else to run things and motivate people.
Another thing you can do is find out if there are any Promo cards that your players would crave and get them.
