I'm quite confused by some of these... since blood trade is basically also a filler gehenna (burn all boons yay). But there is nothing these are filling for? These decks must have some non-event card that wants you to play gehennas, so context is sorta obscured here..

Which ones of these are actually running break the code as a hoser?

This one? No idea whats going on here, but if used as a hoser, it must be some specific metagame call.. In general I would consider running break the code as a hoser sub-optimal.

Yes I guess, another case of break the code being ran as a filler (wolves feed requires a gehenna in play)

I suppose thats it for most of them except the ones that are disciplineless weenie decks that are not imbued (who would run unmasking instead)?
