Yes, it is bit pricey. On the other hand, it comes with villein + 4 transfers and title. But he really don't canonically have many disciplines, so it's safer to err to the weaker side. It might suck to have 8 cap with no bleed and no bounce, but it's not like other clans have it better. (at the very least he would rot alongside appolonius).

I'm saddened by the treating of Laibon Lasombra as essentially a tiny chunk of a bloodlines set (although I can see the appeal of it at the time) as they are quite important power players in KotE sources.

Lasombra have strong ties to both Christianity and Islam, using both to rule through, and reputations for naval and later piracy abilities.

At any rate, I can't disagree that I'd like to see the Lasombra as more than S&B fodder, but its sadly what they're good at currently.

The cost of 8 for 2 superiors and an ability that effectively moves out another 4 cap seems fair to me. And it's not limited to Lasombra but all Sabbat. Seems fine.

I'm all for addition of more Laibon Lasombra in each respective grouping (g2, g3, g4, g5, g6). It's not really fair to limit it to just two vampires and call it finished, especially as lasombra have no antitribu and it's camarilla/sabbat/laibon/independent all take the same amount of vampires as just antitribu ventrue making mono-sect crypt hard to make. In ideal world all 13th clan would use lasombra/assamite/setite model instead of their current ones.

I gave up on gen to discipline ratios lining up, since smaller camps are easier to break than big ones and discipline spread diversity enables more decks, so I've for certain made gen 6-9 vamps different caps not aligning with the correlation of gen to cap ratio just due to flavorful abilities and discipline spreads.

Honestly, I find myself shying away from adding skills on certain vamps. Esperanza Lucifer is the coolest fluff of the batch IMO, And her spread streamlined nicely, to the point of me not wanting to mar how nice it is without an ability by giving her a wordy one.
