And as a demo game the decks it used were horrible for demoing.
And using mere four decks instead of the full five.

I think the Starter Pack should be something that enable stand alone play and help starting players to build his own decks too.
Basic kit:
5 x 60 cards deck
165 pool/blood counters
A pool of key cards that every deck can use ( Minion tap, blood dool, On the qui vive, Dreams, Taste of Vitae, etc ) maybe 25 cards

Deluxe kit:
5 x 90 cards deck with a 15 cards side deck to enable some flexibility
180 pool/blood counters
Card sleeves for 650 cards ( the 5 decks and an extra )
A pool of key cards that every deck can use ( Minion tap, blood dool, On the qui vive, Dreams, Taste of Vitae, etc ) maybe 75 cards

Netrunner's Revised Core got 240 cards and like 92 counters for $40.
And it's FFG, who can print cheaply and got other expenses covered too.

I was thinking about $75 base set and maybe $125 deluxe set.

Still give us around 15/25 per deck that is almost the same of starter sets back in the day...
Maybe this can be done through Kickstarter, and the buyer choose 5 from a list of starter decks.
5 Camarilla clans? Done
5 Sabbat clans? Done
Mixed sects? Done

Deluxe may be anything, but selling for $75 game without miniatures and other expensive components seems very hard to me. FFG chose price level for a reason $50+ games are much more demanding.

Yeah, im trying to get the price around the new sets:
$24 each 120 cards=> 360 cards = $72
A little extra for the counters and edge.

Each set could also be sold later as starter decks.
