Praxis Seizure: La La Land

This is awesome.

Maybe make the vampire independent and anarch, and make him Baron of La La Land? Thematically I just love the 'prince' though. Maybe just make them camarilla and be done with it?

It needs some extra text though, agreed. Preferably something that might actually make it a double-edged sword. Anything with in-game speech is bad though, we've already seen that. Maybe the vampire gains a level of dementation as long as he has the title, and during their untap phase they can/must burn a blood to name a card - if their predator has the named card in hand, they have to reveal all copies of it.

Or something weirder, and even more absurd - something very minor that might once in your lifetime give you a benefit, and for the rest of the time none.

Anyways, I love the idea.
