HOW TO USE THE SHEET

Make a nice clear laser-print master, and then make a big honking
pile of photocopies. Have a print-shop drill 3-ring binder holes
in them. Put an empty binder, the pile of forms, and a fresh pen
where a lot of gamers can get at it, and watch the fun ... Game
retailers can keep a binder like this within reach of the customers
to make it easy for gamers to find one another.

The "confirm date" box is to help keep your registry fresh.
Establish a "kill date" - say, six months or a year ago. Every
month or two, flip through the registry looking for entries
older than the kill date, and pull them. Gamers should be aware
of this policy, so they can update their confirm dates now and
then, or fill out fresh sheets if their info changes.

If you're not the only shop in your area, offer other shops the
right to make photocopies of YOUR registry book, and vice versa,
every few months, to encourage crossover between groups of gamers
that might not be aware of each other. This is better for
everybody's business.

And that's pretty much that.
