John Ross Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:15 Categories : American Diabetic Low-Fat Sauces Vegetarian Fruit Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces fresh cranberries 1 cup water 4 teaspoons cornstarch 1 cup Equal® sweetener -- the measurable kind In a saucepan, bring the the water and cranberries to a boil; cook for a few minutes until the skins of all the berries pop. As the berries cook, dust in the cornstarch to thicken the mixture; stir well. Remove the saucepan from the heat and continue stirring as it begins to cool. Add the Equal sweetener a few tablespoons at a time, sprinkling and stirring.
