This will allow the transfer of you character as well as equipment. The Kindle edition is the exact same version as the new Hardback from Mongoose by the way, so it’s longer than the original. 🙂

It looks pretty good. The character generator automatically rolls your Endurance and Combat Skill, and picks what items you find (it wouldn’t be obvious that any of that happened behind the scenes if I had never read the book before). It lets you pick the right number of skills to start.

The Kindle’s menu button has options to save and restore, along with quit. Apparently there’s an auto save every 10 sections, and on quit.

The only thing that isn’t clear is if/when book 2 comes out, how the character will be transferred. I hope I don’t have to wait too long to find out. 🙂
