Rings from the basketball hoop are a great idea! I suppose you even throw-up some TRX-style suspension trainers for a variety of other bodyweight movements, like split squats, et cetera.

Where I live (a co-op) there’s a basketball court where there’s enough space behind the basket to put up my gymnastic rings. Once the co-op closed our Fitness Room a few weeks ago, I bought a pair and have been using them ever since: https://images.philipbrewer.net/view.php?p=15859452703245

Today I did some rhomboid rows (to offset the rhomboid pushups I’ve been doing for 4 years now, without enough work on the antagonistic muscles).

Since people can’t gather in groups, the basketball court is mostly idle most days, with just the occasional person shooting baskets by himself, which means I can put up my rings almost anytime I want.

That’s great to hear, Philip! I’m glad PST can still be a resource during these strange quarantine days. Where have you been training? I’m itching to get back into the parks once the social distancing ban is lifted!

In particular, the emphasis on wall dips over pushups, and the section on landings (which is just as much a section on jumps). All good stuff that is already informing my workouts. Thanks!
