No scientific pattern per se for that survey. I approached the questionnaire from my perspective as a physical (physio) therapist, in terms of what elements would be of interest to me as a clinician. Likewise, what would be relevant to a coach or a beginning athlete looking to get started in parkour.

I am currently designing some questionnaire like you did for some academic text. how did you create your questions? did you have some kind of scientific pattern? Would be nice to hear from you!

It only includes individuals who are physically capable of responding following their injury…In other words, it doesn’t include fatalities or individuals who have been severely disabled as a result of the injury.
