I had no idea of the dangers and even asked the employee if there were any before I tried it. I did the small wall with no problem because I am a good athlete, but I’m 47 years old and when I attempted the large wall… Boom – there went my achilles. I am now in a cast and waiting to get another opinion about surgery. It’s good to know I am not alone and this article might help me make a case with their insurance company.
