DESCRIPTION:An Accelerated Self Defense Course for Improved Self-Confidence\, Empowerment\, and Skills you can use for a Lifetime \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDescription\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nThe MovNat Combatives Certification is a self defense course that covers the best tools and principles for surviving a violent\, life-threatening situation\, regardless of the environment or the physical abilities of the potential victim. Designed for complete beginners\, experienced martial artists\, and professional sport fighters alike\, lecture topics include criminal psychology\, mindset\, avoidance and prevention strategies\, and principles for success. Numerous unarmed and armed fighting techniques are taught and drilled\, and basic drills progress into more challenging scenarios to enhance learning through repetition and progressive stress inoculation. All abilities are welcome. \n\n\n\n\nlearn More About Combatives Certifications\n\n\n\n\nPrerequisites:\n\n\n\nAnyone may attend. However\, eligibility for certification requires current Level 1 or higher Certification. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLocation\n\n\n\n\n\nMore details will be emailed to participants in advance of the event’s start date. \n\n\n\nSchedule\n\n\n\nSaturday: 8am-6pmSunday: 8am-6pmNote: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare for each day’s activity. \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring\n\n\n\n\nTraining gear (shorts\, T-shirt\, minimal shoes) for indoors and outdoors.\n\n\n\nSnacks\, fluids\, and lunch.\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nLanguage: The default language for our courses is English. However\, some of our Team Instructors are multi-lingual. Also\, depending on the local logistics\, some courses might have a local MovNat Trainer who could translate some lectures. The written exam is always in English\, though. \n\n\n\nRefund & Transfer Policy: Due to the large quantity of courses scheduled\, MovNat does not accommodate requests for refunds. Learn how to navigate unconventional aquatic scenarios safely and efficiently with an array of swimming techniques\, regardless of the environment. \n\n\n\n\nlearn More About Aquatics Certification\n\n\n\n\nPrerequisites:\n\n\n\nAnyone may attend.
